Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Europe: 1-2 weeks
    • USA: 2-3 weeks
    • Other International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.

Please note: Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.

International Shipping

We currently ship from Europe. Customers can also shop via our Etsy store: etsy.com/shop/Mevissa

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.

UK Orders: Orders under £135 may be subject to VAT and handling fees upon arrival, as Mevissa Jewelry is not yet VAT-registered in the UK.

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Mevissa Jewelry is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
